1.1 Customer Greeting

Arabic: السلام عليكم، أبى أسوي معاملة.
Pronunciation: As-salāmu ʿalaykum, abee asawwi muʿāmala.
Meaning: Hello, I want to do a service/transaction.

Arabic: شو الخدمة اللي تبغيها؟
Pronunciation: Shu al-khidma illi tʿabghee-hā?
Meaning: What service do you need?

Arabic: تفضل اجلس، بنساعدك.
Pronunciation: Tfaḍḍal ijlis, binsaʿdak.
Meaning: Please sit, we will help you.


🇦🇪 2. Family Visa / Entry Permit

2.1 Asking for Required Documents

Arabic: جيبلي جواز الزوجة والأولاد.
Pronunciation: Jeeb-li jawāz az-zawja wal-awlād.
Meaning: Bring me the passport of your wife and children.

Arabic: عندك صورة شخصية خلفية بيضا؟
Pronunciation: ʿindak ṣūra shakhsiyya khalfiya bayḍa?
Meaning: Do you have a photo with a white background?

Arabic: محتاج عقد العمل والراتب.
Pronunciation: Miḥtāj ʿaqd al-ʿamal wal-rātib.
Meaning: I need the labour contract and salary details.

2.2 Asking about Salary Requirements

Arabic: راتبك فوق أربعة آلاف؟
Pronunciation: Rātibak fawg arbaʿat ālāf?
Meaning: Is your salary more than AED 4000?


2.3 Entry Permit Submission

Arabic: بدخل لك الطلب الحين.
Pronunciation: Badkhal-lak aṭ-ṭalab al-ḥīn.
Meaning: I will submit the application now.

Arabic: الموافقة تجيك خلال يوم واحد.
Pronunciation: Al-mawāfaqa tjeek khilāl yawm wāḥid.
Meaning: The approval will come within one day.

Arabic: بتستلم eVisa على الإيميل.
Pronunciation: Bitistilim ee-vīza ʿala al-eemēl.
Meaning: You will receive the eVisa by email.

3.1 Sending Customer to Medical

Arabic: لازم تروح الفحص الطبي.
Pronunciation: Lāzim trūḥ al-faḥṣ aṭ-ṭibbī.
Meaning: You must go for the medical test.

Arabic: خذ هذا الورق وقدم في المركز الصحي.
Pronunciation: Khudh hādhā al-waraq wa qaddim fil-markaz aṣ-ṣiḥḥī.
Meaning: Take these papers and submit them to the medical center.

3.2 Asking about Medical Status

Arabic: خلصتوا الفحص؟
Pronunciation: Khallaṣtū al-faḥṣ?
Meaning: Did you finish the medical test?

Arabic: نتيجتك نزلت في السيستم.
Pronunciation: Natījatak nazlat fis-sisim.
Meaning: Your result has been updated in the system.


🇦🇪 4. Emirates ID

4.1 Typing the Emirates ID Application

Arabic: الحين بنسوي لك استمارة الهوية.
Pronunciation: Al-ḥīn binsawwi-lak istimārat al-hawiyya.
Meaning: Now we will prepare your Emirates ID form.

Arabic: تحب الموعد قريب أو بعيد؟
Pronunciation: Tiḥibb al-mawʿid qarīb aw baʿīd?

Arabic: لازم تروح البصمة في مركز الهوية.
Pronunciation: Lāzim trūḥ al-baṣma fi markaz al-hawiyya.

Arabic: تبغي أطبع لك عقد العمل؟
Pronunciation: Tibghī aṭbaʿ lak ʿaqd al-ʿamal?
Meaning: Would you like me to print your labour contract?

Arabic: العقد موجود في نظام وزارة العمل.
Pronunciation: Al-ʿaqd mawjūd fī niẓām wizārat al-ʿamal.
Meaning: The contract is available in the Ministry system.

Arabic: لازم نحدّث بياناتك أول.
Pronunciation: Lāzim nuḥaddith bayānātak awwal.
Meaning: We need to update your information first.

Arabic: لازم صور الجواز الأصل.
Pronunciation: Lāzim ṣuwar al-jawāz al-aṣl.
Meaning: I need the original passport.

Arabic: المعاملة تحتاج ٣–٥ أيام.
Pronunciation: Al-muʿāmala tiḥtāj thalātha–khams ayām.
